St. John's University Job Fairs

St. John's University plans week long job fair initiative across four metropolitan area campuses aimed at positions in education.
The St. John's University Career Center is pleased to announce the expansion of its collaborative relationship with The School of Education and Office of Alumni Relations through the organization of a week-long job fair event.  Slated for the week of March 22, the inaugural Education Job Fair and Interview Week will span over all four area campuses with the anticipation of connecting students and alumni to more than 50 schools throughout the New York City metro area.

For the past five years, the Career Center has partnered with The School of Education and Office of Alumni Relations to hold the fair on the Queens campus.  The event has welcomed more than 150 students and alumni annually and has helped participants locate positions in their field and in some cases has attracted alumni, who are now employers, back to campus to recruit new hires to their schools.  It is with hope that this new campus-wide approach will bolster employer participation and ultimately broaden the networking opportunities between the University community and members of the education sector.
