Vancouver Convention Centre
Parkview Terrace (east wing – at the Pan Pacific/Canada Place)
1055 Canada Place, Vancouver, British Columbia

Built on the original Pier B-C on Vancouver's Waterfront, the Vancouver Convention Centre first served as the Canada Pavilion for the World's Fair Expo in 1986. Since then, it has grown to become recognized as one of the leading convention centres in the world. It is a well-known icon and is easily reached via Seabus from the North Shore, skytrain, bus and by car.

The Parkview Terrace is located on the meeting floor. Simply enter from the main entrance to the centre and go up the set of escalators on the right, that lead to the Pan Pacific Hotel lobby. The Parkview Terrace is to the right and back when getting off of the escalators.

Getting There

Vancouver is serviced by the Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and is 20-30 minutes from Downtown. Taxis and limousines cost approximately CAD$40. The new Canada Line train goes from the airport terminal directly to the end terminal, Waterfront Station, in 27 minutes and costs approximately CAD$8.00. Waterfront Station is the terminal used to reach the directly adjacent Vancouver Convention Centre; for the suggested Carmana Plaza Hotel, use Burrard Station and walk north about 5 minutes to Thurlow and Alberni. The hotel is located on Alberni Street.
